I'm Spud and I got a rocky start in life--I spent my first several years chained up outside with no shelter and not much attention. I was even heartworm positive, but now I'm over that and at my foster homes I have learned a lot about being just a regular ol' wonderful pet dog. I get along with the female dog here (even though she's a GROUCH a lot of the time!) I chased the cat once, but I'm really not that interested in him. I am happy to sleep in my crate, and I'm learning how to play with some dog toys. I'm great about sticking around when I'm outside, and I love to learn new things in exchange for treats. I'm smart, sweet, cute, and happy. Aren't you looking for a guy just like me to be your best friend? Spuddy is in a loving foster home, but he needs a forever home--can you help him out?
